Reporting to the Head of School, you will be responsible for creating an outstanding experience for parents and students through the Admissions/ Purchase phase of the Parent Experience Journey (PEJ), as families progress from initial enquiry through to and including the child’s first day at school, thereby maximising the conversion of leads into new starters. To work with the school and Global Marketing, Admissions & Communications (MAC) team to develop and deliver the right brand messages to all our stakeholders (parents, students and key influencers) within the school and wider community throughout all phases of the journey.
Guide parents and students through the admissions process, making the experience positive, straightforward and engaging throughout.
Drive conversion at each stage of the pipeline by maintaining a focus on ‘closing’ towards the next step.
Ensure that the school’s brand and core messages are integrated throughout the Purchase process.
Support the school throughout the re-enrolment process to optimize the retention of existing students and families.
Manage data capture and lead management through Hubspot.
Oversee the development and execution of the school event calendar to bring to life the unique identity of the school and showcase the school in the best light possible.
Devise and lead an outreach programme to energize the external network of the school and to position the school as the first choice within the market.
Take a proactive approach to personal development planning using company toolkits and procedures as appropriate.

Minimum 5 years working in a sales or service delivery sector. Essential
